I design products, and I design how we build them

I'm a senior product designer with over 10 years on complex B2B and B2C SaaS. I care as much about how a team works as what it ships. Currently working on the hard problems in proptech.

My approach

Design is how we move from fuzzy problems to shipped, proven solutions.

I see design as a series of questions, and my job as a designer is to bring the clarity and confidence to answer them well. I get the right people aligned on what the problem or opportunity truly is, so we can solve it together.

While every project is different and the toolkit I use varies, the main questions we need to answer along the way are the same.

How I work

01 Problem definition and research What is the problem or opportunity to be solved? Create clarity and alignment across the business.
Discovery planning Customer research Stakeholder interviews
02 Concept design and validation Is this solution feasible, and will it actually solve the problem? Prototype promising solutions and test them before committing.
Feasibility Stakeholder review Prototyping Concept testing
03 Usability design and testing Can our user actually use it? Refine the design against real behaviour and integrate with our design system.
Interaction design Usability testing Iteration
04 Delivery and beyond Keeping the design intact, or iterating appropriately My role shifts from shaping the work to shepherding it.

About

I'm a designer who loves seeing the impact of great design.

I've spent over 10 years designing products, and I still get a thrill from seeing a well-crafted solution genuinely improve someone's day. That impact is what drives me and I've learned it's rarely made alone. Great products come from great teams, not individuals.

So I care as much about how a team works as what it ships — the processes, the systems, the shared ways of working that let good decisions happen again and again.
